Menudo Bowl XXX offers a wide range of sponsorship opportunities designed to fit various levels of support and visibility. From title-level partners to specialized sponsorships—including the Stage & Music Sponsor, Car Show Sponsor, Roping & Rodeo Arena Sponsor, Cheer & Dance Youth Pavilion Sponsor, Gate Sponsor, Ticket Sponsor, Volunteer Center & T-Shirt Sponsor, and more—each package helps Laredo Crime Stoppers sustain its mission of keeping our community safe.
Sponsorships include a mix of benefits such as booth presence, branding on signage and banners, digital and radio promotion, business sign placement, complimentary tickets, and special acknowledgments throughout the event. Customized sponsorship packages are also available to meet specific business goals or budget needs.
Your support directly funds anonymous tip programs, Campus Crime Stoppers, community education, reward payouts, and year-round crime prevention efforts. Every contribution plays a role in protecting the families, students, and citizens of Laredo.
Political Participation Disclaimer
All individuals who are currently candidates or incumbents appearing on an active ballot are required to participate under the Political Candidate Sponsorship Categories outlined in this packet. This includes participation in the cook-off, booth space, or any public-facing activity where campaign visibility may occur.
Elected officials who hold a sitting role but are not on the ballot during the current election cycle may be recognized under standard sponsorship levels and are not required to register under political categories as long as their presence is non-political in nature and does not include campaign promotion or distribution of campaign materials.
Laredo Crime Stoppers reserves the right to review and appropriately classify any participant to ensure compliance with event guidelines, maintain neutrality, and provide a fair experience for all candidates and attendees.

The 1848 Event Center is currently undergoing remodel and construction. At this time, certain aspects of planning for the Menudo Bowl remain on hold until we have confirmation of the venue’s completed areas and accessibility. Because construction timelines may shift, there are several unknowns regarding how the work may affect available space, layout, or overall event flow.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as the Menudo Bowl Committee makes decisions based on the most accurate information available. Your support, flexibility, and continued belief in our mission mean everything to us.

The ceremony includes acknowledgments of our presenting partners, the unveiling of our 30th-year highlights, and a dedication to the volunteers and supporters who make this event possible. From Best Menudo to specialty categories and community acknowledgments, this celebration shines a light on the heart and hard work behind every booth. Thanks to our Awards Ceremony Sponsor, this year’s presentation features enhanced staging, trophy displays, and a dedicated highlight segment for sponsor recognition. It’s a proud moment for winners, a fun moment for the crowd, and a meaningful milestone for Laredo Crime Stoppers as we celebrate 30 years of impact.
Menudo Tasting Experience
Begins at 2pm
One of the most beloved traditions of the Menudo Bowl is the tasting experience—where guests get to savor menudo crafted by more than 50 teams every year. Each team brings its own flavor, family recipe, and hometown pride to the pot, creating a one-of-a-kind culinary showcase you won’t find anywhere else. From classic homestyle menudo to creative twists and regional variations, the tasting area is a true celebration of culture, community, and competition. Come hungry… you’ll want to try them all!
Team Roping & Escaramuza Update
At this time, our Team Roping and Escaramuza exhibitions are on hold as we continue to monitor the equestrian health concerns related to EHV-1, which has recently impacted the sport. The safety and well-being of the horses, their riders, and our community come first. We are working closely with advisors and will wait for further guidance before moving forward. As soon as we have confirmed information and a safe path ahead, we will provide an update. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize responsible animal care and public safety.

Our Pop-Up Vendors Exhibit Barn is one of the liveliest areas of the Menudo Bowl—filled with local businesses, artisans, and creators offering everything from crafts and décor to apparel, treats, and family-friendly goodies. This area gives small businesses a platform to shine during one of Laredo’s biggest community events while offering guests an enjoyable shopping experience throughout the day. Whether you’re browsing, buying, or discovering new favorites, the Vendors Pavilion adds color, energy, and hometown pride to the Menudo Bowl atmosphere.
Dance & Cheer Showcase
Back for its second year and stronger than ever, the Dance & Cheer Showcase brings high-energy performances and hometown spirit to the Menudo Bowl XXX! Sponsored with pride, this showcase highlights talented local teams who light up the event with choreography, cheer, and crowd-pleasing routines. It’s become one of our most exciting additions, giving youth performers a vibrant stage and families a reason to cheer even louder. We’re thrilled to continue this tradition and can’t wait to see the incredible talent take the floor once again!
